Abstract

A method is presented for an analysis of the ECG(electrocardiogram). Using polynomial regression technique, this study introduces a new approach to computer-aided interpretation of the ECG. The proposed algorithm is very useful to identification
and
separation of ECG segments. The complete procedure can be carried out by a computer, without human intervention. The method of interpretation is efficient and its results are consistent and reliable and can be used directly as a means of
classificating
the ECG.
